Having been developing websites and web applications for over twenty years, we're well versed in new project launches.
We know, not everything runs perfectly, and sometimes, not everything gets tested to the limit. Occasionally, things slip through the cracks. 
That's why, for all our bespoke project developments, we offer a 30-day post-launch 'grace' period for picking up any issues, bugs or errors that may have been missed.
This gives us all peace-of-mind that we can deal with any post-launch problems quickly without having to quibble over any estimates or development costs.
We offer all our clients the use of our helpdesk, to raise issues quickly and efficiently.

Our Help Desk also allows you to raise support requests for any questions, errors or bugs you might experience with your website or web-application.

Help Desk services are offered Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Tickets can be raised by emailing moc.ytivitcidda%40troppus or using the ticket system.
This is the fastest way to flag up any issues and have our team respond as soon as possible.

We understand the importance of your online business and web application(s) and we want to be able to respond timely to your needs. 
Beyond the 30-day post-project support period, sometimes you need additional work, new features or have ideas you’d love to have implemented.

• Everything is billed in 15-minute increments
• Payment is made in advance via direct debit
• The delivery timing starts once client input is fully finalised
• ‘Fast and Rush’ upgrades have 4 hours spent per day limitation
• All hours have a validity period, once that period has passed the hours left are lost
WebCare will not cover SEO, PPC, travel, strategic consulting, 3rd party product purchases and/or software purchase of any kind. These packages are designed for maintenance and labour only.

We track meeting time and phone time, so please make sure to estimate the time you need properly based on your specific communication needs. Addictivity works on a Time & Material basis, any quotes and/or estimates will be subject to actual time spent and billed accordingly.
